• Arrival Time: Please share your expected arrival time with us. This allows us to prepare the automatic door opening for you.
• Arrival: Please ring the bell upon arrival. The entrance door will automatically open for you.
• Key Box Code: The key box is located directly next to the apartment’s entrance door.
• For security reasons, instructions for locating the key box and the key box code will be sent to you via WhatsApp on the day of your arrival. 

• Keys: Please leave the keys on the key hook in the entrance hall in the apartment when leaving.
• Cleaning: Cleaning starts at 10:00 AM. Late departures will incur a fee of 50 € for every started half-hour.
• Luggage Storage: For a convenient nearby solution, we recommend Bounce. More information and booking at www.usebounce.com.

High speed WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Our H20 and Akazien Apartments can acommodate up to 12 people, perfect for family gatherings, big groups and business travels. Our MyGold apartments has space for up to 7 people.

Check ins are usually possible after 3:00 p.m or by appointment. Please tell us your desired check in time beforehand.

If there is a due deposit we will send you a deposit link via Stripe. It will be 300€, refundable within 14 days if the house rules were not broken and the property was not damaged.
